    Abstract

Implanted neurotechnologies offer significant promise for enhancing the agency of people with motor, communication and psychiatric disorders, but they can also create confusions around agency and responsibility, and open new doors to manipulation. In this talk, I share some of my experiences of working in a center for neurotechnology and bring resources from feminist bioethics and disability studies to bear on the nature of relational- or co-agency.
