About This Journal

The University of Texas Southwestern Journal of Pediatrics is an open-access, annual journal written by pediatric residents at University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW), and peer reviewed by a panel of UTSW faculty who are subject matter experts in their fields. This journal aims to disseminate to the residency program, pediatric department, and larger academic community, valuable cases seen by our pediatric residents and the pertinent learning points catalyzed by these experiences. A select subset of resident works, highlighting meaningful contributions to the residency and/or academia, may also be incorporated.
